Maia M. Walter

Maia M. Walter has been an associate of the firm since 1998. Ms. Walter's practice concentrates on representing clients in matters of real estate and commercial litigation. In addition to appearing before trial and appellate courts, Ms. Walter also represents the firm’s clients in hearings before several administrative bodies involving violations issued by the New York City Environmental Control Board, the New York City Department of Buildings and the New York City Fire Department. Before she joined the firm, Ms. Walter worked as an attorney for The City of New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Walter worked in the television industry for companies such as CBS, Inc. and Nielsen Media Research.

Eric M. Wohl

Eric M. Wohl has been an associate of the firm since 2012.  Mr. Wohl handles all types of real estate transactions with an emphasis on matters relating to cooperatives and condominiums, commercial leasing and acquisitions and sales.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wohl worked in private practice, specializing in cooperative and condominium law, including representing developers and sponsors of offering plans, cooperative apartment corporations and condominium associations.

Marianna L. Picciocchi

Marianna L. Picciocchi has been an associate of the firm since 2010.  Ms. Picciocchi’s practice concentrates on representing  clients in matters of real estate and commercial litigation. Ms. Picciocchi practices extensively before the trial and appellate courts of New York.

Before she joined the firm, Ms. Picciocchi served as general counsel to co-op and condominium boards throughout the metro-NYC area, as well as the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.

Ms. Picciocchi received a full academic scholarship from Seton Hall University and appeared on the Dean’s List throughout her education.  In addition, before graduating Cum Laude from Seton Hall University, Ms. Picciocchi was appointed to the Bayley Project Presidential Task Force, and served as a two term Senator of the Student Government Association.
